At Warren University Consulting, we offer three levels of support services for students and families.
No matter what package you choose, you’ll be working with the college counselling team that has helped hundreds of students get into top schools worldwide. Our service is divided into 4 parts: Application Profile Curation, International Applications, Step by Step Guidance during the Application Period, and Communication.
Application Profile Curation
Warren University Consulting helps students curate their academic and extracurricular profile, recommending what standardized tests to take, activities and extracurriculars to be involved in, and additional factors that help build the most well-rounded and desirable application for university admissions representatives.
Bronze Package

International Applications
Our clients have gotten into schools worldwide. Depending on the package chosen, we will support students applying to countries internationally.
Bronze Package
- Support with applying to 1 country and up to 5 universities and colleges
Silver Package
- Support with applying to 2 countries and up to 10 universities and colleges
Gold Package
- Support with applying to 4 countries and up to 15 universities and colleges
Step by Step Guidance During Application Period
Even just keeping up with schoolwork in Grade 12 can be a challenge! We offer additional support during the application period to ensure students are staying on top of key deadlines and submitting materials when required.
Bronze Package
- Application Methods and Strategy (Common App, UCAS, UC, etc.; ED, EA, RD, etc.)
Silver Package
- Everything in Bronze
- Organizing Letters of Recommendation and Transcript
- Ongoing School List Curation
- Timeline/Deadline Awareness and Monitoring
Gold Package
- Everything in Bronze & Silver
- Further Essay Development for Supplemental Essays
- Review of Results & Next Steps (Deny, Deferral, Acceptance, Waitlist) Including the Visa Process
Communication
Some conversations are better done over video than email. We meet with students and their parents regularly to ensure the student is staying on track with their applications, bringing in parents for additional support and insight to ensure the entire family is aware of deadlines and the current status of applications,
Bronze Package
- Monthly Meetings: Once monthly, 30-45min
- Parent Updates & Communication: Brief email summary monthly
Silver Package
- Monthly Meetings: Twice monthly, 30-45min
- Parent Updates & Communication: Detailed monthly report sent to parents and student, one meeting per semester with parents as requested
- Personal Connections: Connect student with university admissions representatives
Gold Package
- Monthly Meetings: Four times monthly, 1hr
- Parent Updates & Communication: Detailed monthly report sent to parents and student, monthly meeting with parents as requested
- Personal Connections: Connect student with university admissions representatives
- Personal Connections: Reach out to university admissions representatives to advocate on behalf of student (where permitted)
- Personal Connections: Connect student with previous clients now at specific universities of interest (where possible)
- In-Person Meetings: Travel to student’s location for 3 days up to twice annually
